The award-winning Golf Loft project is a breathtaking 900 m² penthouse equipped with a unique blend of technology and design. Woelf realised full technology integration, including smart lighting, multi-room audio/video, automated window decoration and even a personal lift that responds to movement. Designed specifically as a showcase for the client, a property developer, this project combines stunning aesthetics with user-friendly automation. Thanks to innovative solutions such as Wisdom Audio Line Source speakers and Control4 technology, the home offers an unparalleled living experience where technology fully blends into everyday life.

Oscar of the smart home industry
At the international CEDIA Awards gala in London, Woelf won the prestigious title Best Integrated Home Level V, the highest category in this competition. This prestigious prize, also called the ‘Oscars’ of the smart home industry, was awarded for an impressive project in collaboration with Hasselt-based architecture firm A20. In this home, all possible technologies – from lighting and HVAC to security and an in-house home cinema – were seamlessly integrated into a user-friendly solution.
As the first Belgian winner in this top class, Woelf confirms its status as a pioneer in the residential smart home market. ‘We are immensely proud to stand out among international competitors from cities like Monaco, London and Paris,’ said managing director Jan Martens. This award underlines Woelf’s commitment to innovation and quality in the luxury residential market.
